Masala Dosa....the thought of it brings water in the mouth.Have been feasting on this delicious breakfast item from childhood.The Ganesh Darshan restuarant in 4th Block Jayanagar,Bangalore,India has a Dosa camp and is famous for it's Masala dosas.
The ubiquitous Indian dish masala dosa has its origins in Udupi, Karnataka[2]. A masala dosa is made by stuffing a dosa with a lightly cooked filling of potatoes, fried onions and spices. It wraps the dosa around a onion and potato curry or sabji.
