Just get up and Go seems to be the Spring mantra....got to and stick to an exercise routine which can be Mon-Gym workouts,Tue-Yoga and Pranayam with Meditation,Wed-Walk in the neighbourhood,Thu-Yoga,Fri-Gym,Sat-yoga and Sun-Walking---so that I get 30 -45 mins of physical exercise everyday....to be fit,healthy,lose weight and reduce triglycerides!!It's a difficult task to keep up with the regularity indeed...determination is the key..so let's start!!!
And of course as written earlier in my blogs,to be healthy spiritually,a must recital of Vishnusahasranama after the shower can work wonders.So the internet,e-mails,news,blogging and job searches can wait for a few hrs,maybe 2 hrs.And later nutritious cooking for my lil' daughter...lunch..nap and pick her up....Phew,it indeed is a tough time mangement routine,got to keep up to it.
